Courses, ebooks, meditation programs and live session tickets are delivered instantly by email after checkout. There are no shipping fees.
Physical books
We ship paperback books worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our UK fulfilment centre.
Delivery times
- UK — 2–4 business days
- Europe — 5–8 business days
- US & Canada — 7–12 business days
- Rest of world — 10–18 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £40.
Returns
Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery in resalable condition. Email returns@example.com to request a return label.
